I just read that Dollhouse was canceled. I am sorry for those of you who actually watched it. I am just so upset because it was between The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Dollhouse last year and its just a stab in the heart that TSCC was canceled to give Dollhouse a chance.

I miss The Sarah Connor Chronicles so much!!!

Who doesn't LOVE pearls, but instead of just wrapping it around my neck and calling it a day I decided to wrap it around my body. Yes it was an extra long necklace, so with a twist around the neck and a loop and knot at the waist it took on a life of its own.

I know I know I know -( my ode to tegan and sara) Its been way too long since I have updated. Oh dont be fooled I am still heavily obsessed with Ed Westwick. Have you been spoiled, if not his hair for season 3 is arguably the best it has ever been and I did love his first season hair.

So I know I have talked about my blog - www.alixrose.com before, but in truth it has taken over my life. Thats why you hardly see me here. I am going to try and be better because you have all become dear friends and I dont want to lose that. Life is going well, am writing for another shopping site, still working at the magazine and in talks to do some guest blogging for another site. I am writing so much that my fingers might fall off. Its love!!!

I really love it that they kept Chuck in character, with all of his illegal plotting. I laughed at most of his antics.

+ I am so glad that they dropped the whole Jack/Blair storyline. It really wasnt needed. BC are already at odds and the added Jack drama would have been over kill.

+ Chuck F0cking clocked Jack. I loved it. HE WAS HOTTTT!
I really think in that moment Chuck realized how important Lily(family) was to him. He's been so consumed with blame towards her but at that moment the family he had been pushing away was threatened and that mattered more to him than he even realized.

+ DUDE THE VANDER BASSES LIVE ON! CHUCK IS MOVING BACK INTO THE HOUSE.ERIC/CHUCK LILY/CHUCK SERENA/CHUCK = YEAH! SERIOUSLY BEST PART OF THE WHOLE EPISODE. I REALLY DIDNT THINK THAT THEY WOULD EVER BE A FAMILY AGAIN BUT I AM SO GLAD THEY PROVED ME WRONG.

+Blair, my darling Blair - She was cheated. It was so predictable that Serena was accepted and she was not. Geese GG surprise me and actually let things go Blairs way once in awhile.

+ I really dont like how they wrote the new teacher, but if she comes in between Serena and Dan, it could prove interesting or not.

+ Now you probably think that I am about to rant about no CB scenes and I usually would but it was kind of a breath of angst free air. I am glad that Harold brought him up, it makes sense that she would have cried to her dad about it. But they better have some small talk or at least a scene together in two weeks.

In order to save my sanity I dissected the preview and came up with my own little scenario.ineffort knows what I am talking about.

I think Jack is making Chuck believe that....he did the you know what with Blair... because he knows Chuck won't be able to survive or function without his relationship with Blair. Since we know UJ is all about the money, I think he's come to the conclusion that ruining Chuck's relationship with Blair, by making him doubt her love for him will destroy him and in turn leave him unable to head Bass Industries. So more money for him.

I know I am a biased CB fan, so of course I think their scenes were too short and too few.
But I did love every moment with them. I adore how Chuck was in a haze and at the end, at seriously the edge of Life, Blair was the one that pulled him back. She's the only one can get through to him.
Blair's struggle was even better. She was tirelessly there for him. I think the CC was a good example of that perfect life that Blair had imagined. But her love/life was more important with Chuck in it.

Why am I SO mad?

Well its obvious that Blair slept with Jack.
WHY WHY WHY did they have to do that?
Of course Chuck slept with a hundred women while he was gone but Blair who loves Chuck sleeping with his Uncle, SERIOUSLY GG is a soap opera we KNOW that SOOOOOO this was SOOO not needed,.. too freaking much.

I am sure Blair was devestated that Chuck was still gone. I am sure Jack took advantage of her, he seems pretty sleazy but still I am with Chuck - BLAIR WOULD NOT TOUCH HIM!!!

I already watched the preview 4 times and it breaks my heart that Chuck will find out and BC will torn a part even more for a storyline that was NOT needed .ARRGHH!

But I am not going to let that take away from this episode, I will try not too. The way Blair was acting with Chuck this episode reminded me when Chuck said to Blair that he was done chasing her and now it was her turn.. well she is chasing and fighting for him. She didnt have to tell him that she loved him, she's showing him.

THE ROOF SCENE WILL BE A FAVORITE BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE LOOKED AT HER. LIKE HE WAS SEEING HER FOR THE FIRST TIME. HOW HE JUST FIT INTO HER ARMS, ONCE AGAIN SHE WAS BEING HIS SAFE PLACE.

I welcomed in the new year with some dancing. It was lovely. I pretty much have my resolutions pinned down, for sure by tomorrow.
I hope you all had a lovely new years, especially a safe one.

ABOUT CHRISTMAS TAPES: I used this really cool site to create the mixes only to find out that they closed down yesterday, sucks for them but also sucks for me. I will reupload the mixes and post them no later than monday. I hope yuo love them, mix tapes are not as easy as I thought, maybe I am just really picky with music.

So I was thinking of turning my journal into a daily ed westwick picture log since my comp has become pretty much a shrine to him but maybe I will just start an ed picture community. I think there should be one it only seems right and fitting. Holy hell resolution #1 get my ed obsession in check before I embarrass myself.

Sorry that all of my posts have been Ed centric lately, he's just been amazing and I had to share my glee and love and I knew you all wouldn't judge me.

Anyways I have been pretty busy these last two months. I am doing television reviews of TSCC and Fringe for a website called screenjunkies. Its been keeping me up pretty late on Monday and Tuesday nights, usually till around 2am. I write a lot. Its been fun though.
I also got an internship with the fashion department of dlistmagazine, its a Seattle Lifestyle magazine. Its actually pretty cool. I just started and I have been writing and researching. I will be going to a party tomorrow night and some fashion shows this weekend so if I get any pictures I will be sure to share.

The biggest thing taking up my time is my blog. Its fashion based and my baby right now. It takes alot of time but I love it. Its still new so I am trying to get myself out there as much as possible. If you want to stop by the address is www.alixrose.com I have some plans for it so thats exciting and takes up most of my day.

I still don't have a full time job, I kinda wish I had a part time job just to get some money in my pocket, for shopping purposes.

Ed westwick owned this episode I found myself rewinding his scenes and barely getting to the others. I was even spoiled a little bit but nothing prepared me for it. Blair's I love you was perfect. It was better than any fic and I have to say that I think as a CB fan that I knew we were never going to get the perfect I love you scene. This one was great in that heart wrenching way. Blair did get through to him. I loved how she was with him throughout the ep and how Nate noticed.

Chuck heartbroken in her room and the way he just leaned into her broke my heart. It was like he was slipping from life and she was his only line. I am so sad the he left, I wanted him to stay. BWAAAH!

THIS WAS MY FAVORITE EPISODE OF THE SEASON.

BLAIR/CYRUS - Sugarlicious I adore their scenes.
CHUCK/ERIC - tears to my eyes! I know eric really does love him so I hope they reconcile.
Asking Dan to leave the Cemetery Hell Yes! I was yelling at my screen he had no business there.
The Wedding scene was beautiful I truly enjoyed it ..i cant wait to see what goes on with them.

Everything else goes the wayside.. ED WESTWICK I LOVE YOU!

Even with all of these guys surrounding him even Daniel from Ugly Betty I am mesmerized by Ed's come hither look.

I know I haven't been around much these days, my bad but I have some news!!!! So I will be doing a real life update soon. I was up till 4am last night so I am dead to the world right now and I have so much work to do.
